A few of things that set me apart from other home inspectors: 

1. I am retired military (U.S. Army) (22+ years), therefore I give you and your client 100 percent of my time, to conduct the inspection, walk through of the items and point them out to you, and explain possible ways to fix them or have a recommendation for you as to what type of certified/licensed professional you should seek for the repair.
   
   
2. I provide you with an easy to read (electronic) report, which I send via email, this a great way for the out of state buyer/seller/investor, that can not be there for the inspection.
   
   
3. I provide you with high quality digital photo's of the items that are in need of repairs, for example roofing and attic issues, Heat Pump/Air handler in the attic issues, so there is no question as to why they were reported.  This also assists you with the sellers, when they want proof of the item(s) shortcomings.
